Alexander Harbeson died at his home in Jennings, Oklahoma, Thursday. He has been ailing for some time with cancer of the stomach. He was well known here, having been born near Portland Mills. He married the daughter of John Warrick. They lived for a time in Kansas but went to Oklahoma as soon as it was opened for settlement. His wife survives him, as well as one son, Carl. Mr. Harbeson was an upright and kind-hearted man. - typed by kbz
